Tentative - After the November AGM meeting, all events are put to 'Tentative' state. This state indicates that the event is still in the planning stages. The date, time, location, event coordinator or other details might not be finalized yet. It’s like a placeholder until more information is available or decisions have been made.
Confirmed - This state means that all the details of the event have been finalized and agreed upon. The event is scheduled to take place as planned (unless unforeseen circumstances occur).
- Flying events - After MAAC approval AND an event coordinator is assigned.
- Meetings - the city has confirmed the room booking.
Completed - This state means that the event has already taken place. All planned activities and agendas have been carried out. Later, an Event Report is usually posted on our website with a write-up and photos.
Postponed - This state signifies that the event has been delayed or rescheduled to a later date. This could be due to a variety of reasons such as unfavorable weather or other unforeseen circumstances. This is a temporary state until the new date is established, all approvals and logistics are in place. At that point, the event status will flip back to 'Confirmed' state.
Cancelled - This state indicates that the event has been called off and will not take place. This could be due to a variety of reasons, including weather, unavailability of resources, or other logistical issues.
