There are two methods for registering:
METHOD #1: ONLINE REGISTRATIONThe online form provides a quick and paperless method for registering. Once registered, you would pay the membership fees using Interac e-transfer. We do not support credit card payment. |
METHOD #2: PRINTABLE FORMIf you don't want to register online, use the Adobe PDF version of our membership form that you can download to your computer.
