Submit Your Photos

If you have photographs to submit to our website, please follow these instructions:

1. Contact the Stetson webmaster at this link: contact/stetson_website_feedback
2. We will send you a link to a shared Google Drive that you can upload your photographs to.
3. Image Properties:
   1. Image format - JPEG image files (xx.jpg) are preferred.
   2. Image filename - If your camera adds a 4 digit sequence number to the end of the jpg file (IMG_1234.jpg), leave those 4 digits there since we use that number to uniquely identify the photograph.
   3. Image Cropping - Crop your photos if you want.
   4. Image Resizing - Do not 'down-scale' or 'down sample'  or 'resize' the images since this can result in reduced image quality when displayed on 4k monitors. Send us the original photographs and we will take care of resizing the image for the website.
   5. Photographer name - tell us the name of photographer(s) and we will update the copyright and owner metadata prior to posting on our website.
